Software built by
watching a real counter
Most billing software is written for an accountant and then handed to a cashier. We did it the other way round: the till came first, and everything else had to fit around the queue.
A supermarket in a district town has the same problems as a chain: stock that drifts, tax that has to be right, staff who come and go, and a rush that cannot wait for a slow screen. What it does not have is somebody whose job is computers.
So the product has to be the kind of thing a shopkeeper can run on their own: nothing that breaks quietly, nothing important left to memory, and a phone number that a person answers when something does go wrong.
Four rules, applied to every screen
The queue wins
If a change makes billing one keystroke slower, it needs a very good reason.
The server decides
Nothing important is trusted to the browser. Every price and every stock check is settled behind it.
Nothing happens invisibly
Stock does not move, and money does not change, without a line recording why.
No hostages
Your data exports in full, whenever you ask. Staying should be a choice, not a trap.
You get a person, not a ticket number
When a counter stops, nothing else in the shop matters. Support is on the phone, in the same hours your shop is open, and the person who answers knows the software rather than reading from a script.
- Setup done with you, not left as a manual to read
- Your staff trained on your own catalogue, not a demo one
- Updates handled for you, on our cloud or on your own server
Your products, on our screen
A short call, your own products on the screen, and an honest answer about whether it suits your shop.
